I had trouble communicating with the seller when customizing the necklace and couldn't customize it due to the time (it was supposed to take a long time to arrive and it took 2 weeks). In other words, it's good that it arrived earlier, but AliExpress didn't show me the seller's messages and I ended up with the fome ksjdkd necklace. I did not complain to the seller because I understood that it was an issue with the application not showing me the messages and so on. But God, they were very stubborn when it came to talking... I tried to ask the size of the photo so I could customize the necklace. But they insisted that it had been sent and that nothing could be done, despite saying that they didn't have to customize it themselves. It was like talking to a wall... Horrible.
But, the necklace is beautiful and just as it appears in the photo. There are no issues with the necklace, only with the seller. 👍 👍
